• Amy Roesler, IDC.D, MBA, B.Sc

    Amy is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of senior utility, infrastructure and sustainability experience. Her work has included leading strategy, program management and implementation with organizations such as BC Hydro, Infrastructure Ontario, FortisBC, CP Rail, CLEAResult, and Natural Law Energy.

    Amy now consults to private, public and Indigenous-led organizations. She also serves as Chair of the Board for ZS2 Technologies Ltd, an award-winning startup focused on the global shift to sustainable building materials.

  • Lisa Weir, CA, CPA

    Lisa’s experience includes financial consulting and advisory with Deloitte in Calgary, AB, Schlumberger in Houston, TX and EY in London, UK. Most recently she was CFO of ZS2 Technologies during its startup and growth stages from Seed to Round B financing.

    Lisa now uses her expertise in finance, reporting, accounting, risk, auditing and capital markets to support organizations that need targeted financial corporate services and capacity building, with particular focus on sustainability, technology and innovation.

  • Ben Burger, P.Eng, CEM

    Ben Burger has 20 years of commercial and institutional building technology engineering and deployment experience. He holds expertise in low carbon, emissions reduction, and renewable technologies, assessment of non-energy or co-benefits, and factors affecting feasibility and implementation. Ben led the technical team that delivered Alberta’s first jurisdiction-wide commercial building GHG emissions reduction program, along with other programs and services for clients such as CleanBC, Energy Efficiency Alberta, BC Hydro, FortisBC and NR Can.

  • M. Samantha Peverill. M.Sc, B.Comm.

    Samantha is a community energy and climate change specialist based in Nova Scotia. She has studied and worked in the climate change, sustainability, and environmental solutions space for the last 15 years. Her experience includes research, climate report benchmarking, evaluative frameworks, report development, and GHG emissions inventory development and action planning. Working with QUEST, the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and most recently with the Government of Nova Scotia, she has coordinated climate change initiatives across diverse regional stakeholders, and has founded and run two regional working groups.

  • Hayley Newman, B.Sc.

    Hayley Newman has 7 years of research, reporting, project coordination and team leadership experience in a variety of fields including consulting, academia, not-for-profit, and retail. Most recently, she supported the research and analysis for a SSRIA Green Building Technology summary report, developed program analysis alternatives for Infrastructure Ontario’s AHSIP program reporting, and conducted ESG reporting market comparisons to inform a large Alberta private utility’s ESG reporting.
